The DWA-Plan allows you to seek the advice of a qualified attorney before problems get out of hand. It's like having your own attorney on retainer, but without the legal fees!

One low yearly payment will have the attorneys and staff of Douglass, West & Associates at your fingertips, ready to answer your questions, protect your rights and help to resolve your legal problems.

Who is going to care for your children after your gone? What is going to happen to the home for which you've worked your whole life to acquire? A properly drafted Will, created just for you by one of our experienced attorneys, can ensure that YOU are the one making the decisions, and not the Government of the courts.

The plan provides you with one free 30 minute in-office consultation per year. Sometimes a telephone call is not sufficient to resolve a legal question.  When this happens you may need the added reassurance and in-depth discussion that only a face-to-face meeting with a qualified attorney will provide.

Have you ever wanted to say "You'll be hearing from my attorney!"?  As a member of the DWA Legal Plan, you will be able to do so, and mean it! Simply by joining the plan, you will be entitled to have an attorney write up to three letters or make up to three telephone calls per year on your behalf.

Enroll in the DWA Legal Plan and your entitled to three free telephone consultations per year with an experienced attorney.  Many legal matters can be resolved by a simple phone call and some follow-up. With quality legal advice at your fingertips you can often prevent a minor dispute from becoming a serious legal problem.

Do you understand what your rights are under your lease?   Have you ever wondered exactly what the "small print" on the contract you just signed?  By enrolling in the DWA Legal Plan you will be entitled to have an attorney review and advise you on one legal document per year.

Enroll in the DWA Legal Plan and you will already be receiving all of the above services at no extra charge. In the event that a situation arises which requires additional legal services, as a member of the plan, you will receive a 25% reduction from our regular attorney fees, including contingency fees.
